GEN. MAGNUM DRIVESHAFT’S are engineered to transfer extreme power flawlessly. In order to smooth out the vibrations of the stock GEN. driveline CVJ Technology (constant velocity joint technology) was implemented in the MAGUNM SERIES drive shafts. CVJ's virtually eliminate pulses created by non-complimenting run angles with stock and aftermarket u-jointed designs. By combining CVJ’s with 4130 chromoly DOM 1 5/8” diameter tubing and 4140 chromoly splined end shafts, CCI Driveline successfully created the most robust and smoothest GEN. driveline possible. But that isn’t all, we didn’t stop there! We added a double sealed center support bearing and sealing provisions for the input and output splined shafts. These sealing provisions keep contaminants and abrasive matter out of critical areas dramatically improving reliability of the complete driveline system. The finishing touches on each MAGNUM series drive shaft includes CCI’s strict tolerance paramaters on final system balancing and radial runnout of each part.

PLEASE NOTE!: This product is being offered as a limited release to candidates who have a good mechanical aptitude and willingness to participate in test-group activities. Test group activities may consist of verbal and written feedback on the product. We have had a local test group that has proven our design. The idea of extending a larger test group is to gather more information on lengths of shafts and fitment of product for all Polaris SXS models. This information will be used to create a more complete database in order to establish specific installation instructions for each model.
