Perform all measurements to your greatest potential. Measurements should be taken with calipers but machinist scales and small increment tape measures may get the job done.

STEP 1: Reference the image above and select the attachment representative of your application on Side 1, CB (center bearing) and Side 2:

STEP 2: Provide driveshaft information as described below

A. Determine the length of the DRIVESHAFT by measuring from flat surface on side 1 to the flat surface on side 2. (VEHICLE MUST BE AT RIDE HEIGHT WHEN MEASURED.):

B. Determine the length of the SEAL: Measure from the t-case to the end of the seal:

C. Determine the length of the OUTPUT SHAFT: Measure from the flat of the t-case to the end of the output shaft:

D. Determine the length of the DRIVESHAFT by measuring from Side 1 to centerline of carrier bearing (CB) attachment bolt hole:

E. Determine the length from centerline of carrier bearing (CB) attachment bolt hole to the flat on Side 2 as shown above. (VEHICLE MUST BE AT RIDE HEIGHT WHEN MEASURED.):
